• Step into a highly automated environment leveraging QuickBooks Online, Gusto Payroll and numerous cloud-based shared folders.  If you are not a fan of paper, this is the company for you!
• Take responsibility for all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable and vendor communication, accounts receivable, account reconciliations and some basic reporting for the owner.
• Oversee the back office and handle all compliance, insurance, human resources filing and governmental inquiries.
• Be the jack of all trades in the office.  When an oddball issue pops up, we are looking for a problem solver who isn’t afraid to dive in, figure it out and solve the problem with no supervision.
