2016 - Hemphill Leadership Team Participates in Bell Institute Leadership Seminar
Omaha, Nebraska, November, 2016. Recently, the leadership team of each division attended the Bell Leadership Institute’s Achiever’s seminar in Chapel Hill, NC.
This powerful seminar is designed to help participants build world-class management skills to lead others. Its concepts and personal development techniques are based on the Institute’s extensive research and consulting with thousands of the most effective and least effective leaders throughout the world.
The program focuses on increasing effectiveness as an individual and as a leader by providing key understandings of why people behave as they do.
Prior to attending, the Hemphill leadership team completed the Bell Personality Profile, a comprehensive and confidential 360° online assessment tool designed to evaluate leadership and management style.
