Senior Financial / M&A Analyst - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

Omaha based corporation is adding another player to their team due to growth!  This is an excellent opportunity for an expert financial modeler to play a key role both in M&A activities and corporate finance initiatives.  Our client is not large enough (yet) to have a corporate FP&A function AND an M&A / Corporate Development team so this role will allow you to be exposed to acquisition analysis, full P&L / cash flow / income statement modeling and budget / forecasting and re-forecast activities as the company expands in the years ahead. 

Our client is looking to hire someone who is highly promotable as they have had success using this role for succession plan into leadership roles in years past and will continue to do so.  We are searching for someone who is hard working, strong willed, who loves building, tweaking and perfecting financial models.  We are also looking for someone with professional presence - this position will interact daily with the executive team and make suggestions / engage in debates about the direction of the company.  This role will require some overtime, but the company will reward you for a job well done and will offer just the right blend of structure and autonomy.
