Customer Solutions Specialist - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

Established company with a great culture is looking to add to their team of Customer Service Professionals. This is an immediate full time temp to hire role. Ideal candidate will be eager to learn, articulate in their communication, and very dependable. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service, passionate about taking care of the customer
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and with email correspondence
  • Ability to learn a complex industry during the training timeframe
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
  • Must have critical thinking skills and the ability to “think on your feet”

Monday - Friday / Daytime hours
