• Partner with CFO to design, develop, and implement accounting processes;
• Lead the charge on financial statement preparation (GAAP and Operational)
• Analyze operational and financial results and participate in strategic decisions
• Participate in acquisition activity and other strategic initiatives
• Lead a variety of special projects
