Hemphill is excited to partner with an impressive Lincoln business as they select a new financial leader to head up all aspects of Accounting & Finance as well as Human Resources and IT!  This is a wonderful opportunity to partner with a brilliant executive team who are also down to earth, great people, in this impact role!

• Lead a small staff and roll up your sleeves while overseeing all aspects of the accounting / reporting / monthly close process
• Take full ownership for the budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis and strategic financial management for this growing business
• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources including payroll, new hire onboarding, benefits and 401k administration
• Act as the main point of contact with outside IT vendor, while evaluating systems and technology
• Take the lead role in system / ERP implementations as you help this company stay ahead of its competition
