Our unique client is looking for the right leader to expand their bank holdings. This closely-held, highly profitable, family company with deep banking roots seeks an executive to lead the acquisition of multiple community banks. The ideal candidate will have bank president or bank executive experience. A strong credit background is essential.
As the president of the bank holding company you will provide leadership, governance and oversight to the banks from a convenient West Omaha location. You will also provide executive leadership to the existing banking operations and be a member of the core executive leadership team.
The company has a serious but relaxed and down home culture. They are focused on results and the rewards of this role will include an extremely strong bonus plan and ownership.
